>> So I got a house-sitting/dog-sitting job. For three weeks, so technically I'm still here until Wednesday. The independence is pretty cool, but I'm getting tired of having to drive 30+ minutes to get ANYWHERE. xD
>> I had a table at a local author book fair on the second Saturday of the month! Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures, but it was a super amazing time! And I sold over a dozen copies of my books. :D

Dad: *runs out to cover the paint sprayer*
Mom: Quick, sign the birthday card!
Tucker: *innocently* That was so smart of you, Mom, to make it rain so he'd have to leave the house.

What can I say? Being alone in a quiet house calls for lots of jam sessions.

So writing was kind of interesting this month... I wrote about 5,000 words, edited most of Behold, and got some inspiration for editing War Tears. But other than that? I feel like I've been in a dry season which I'm slowing pulling out of it. And it was kinda awful, but it's getting better.
On another note, I found this quote on Pinterest and I LOVE IT. If we're not writing from our hearts, writing what we honestly think and genuinely feel down deep inside... what are we doing? How can we expect to make a difference in the world while hiding our true selves behind a facade? <33

Congrats on selling so many of your books! I really like Maddie and Tae! We have finished all of the Garage Sale Mysteries except for one, and now we are starting Hailey Dean Mystery Series. So far, they are really good! :) A book I bought this month was Martin Hospitality, and I am so EXCITED to read it! Good job on your goals! The readathon was a lot of fun! *confetti*

You got around to watching hallmark movies and mysteries! What’d you’d think of them? Did you have a favorite?
ReplyDeleteI know that pretty much every month I say it flew by but I’m not kidding when I say that September literally flew by for me! It seems like there’s barely been a gap between August and October!
I haven’t bought any books this month... actually it’s pretty rare for me to do so. Since I read so much I normally just get some from the library. I’ve been reading a trilogy called If I Live by Terri Blackstock recently.
